Shipping Policy

Pre-orders

The first batch of the Cedar Tag is sold as a pre-order. Pre-orders ship in early October 2026, in the order they were placed. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships.

Shipping rates

Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.99. Orders of $25 or more ship free.

Delivery time

We ship with USPS. Once an order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. We ship within the United States and to Canada; Canadian orders may take longer and can be subject to import fees charged by the carrier.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we’ll fix it. We can’t reroute an order once it’s with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we’ll make it right.
