Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.

Not happy with your order?

If you’re not happy with your Cedar Tag for any reason, email us at smelmaxing@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll refund you. There’s nothing to send back — you can keep the tag.

When you’ll get your money

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
