Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your Cedar Tag, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

If your tag arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded except for damaged or incorrect items.
